Woods Nettle is a wonderful plant that we harvest from pristine mountain environments in Western North Carolina each spring. The young tender shoots are one of our favorite wild foods, but the medicine of Woods Nettle can be enjoyed year round in tincture format. Nettle is known for its ability to help alleviate seasonal allergies and its enriching nature as it is full of vitamins and minerals. Also useful for urinary support!
