Spring Ephemerals

April is a wonderful month to forage in, far before peak mushroom season begins. Come take a stroll and learn something new about edible foods. 

We will be focusing on learning useful and tasty spring greens and shoots, with emphasis on safety, sustainable harvesting practices, and culinary uses. 

We most likely will not be harvesting much, but you will begin building the skills,  and gain resources to do so on your own.

The location will be emailed to you THE WEEK OF the class. You will not know the location until a few days before the class date. We will be meeting within 45 minutes of Downtown Asheville NC. 

If you need to reschedule your date, you can do so for a 20$ fee. It is already a huge undertaking for me to keep track of the attendance and emails, and it is a massive headache for me to be switching around dates willy nilly. Please be sure to sign up for the right date.
