Smoked Chicken of the Woods Salt
First we find it, then we smoke it over hardwood, then we dry it, then we blitz it with pink Himalayan salt into this all purpose seasoning. 50/50 chicken of the woods and salt, this is a great addition to sauces, soups, rubs. A great way to add smoky woodsy flavor, without any natural flavorings.
